This website presents information about Zoneary and its products — Watchtower, PulseGrid and Sentinel. Content is provided for general information during our pre-launch period and may change as products are finalized.
Forward-looking information
Some capabilities are described as planned, in development, or coming soon. These are directions we're building toward, not commitments that a feature ships today. Prices shown are published launch prices for the promotional period stated; regular pricing applies afterwards.
Purchases & refunds
Watchtower and Sentinel are licensed as software you install on hardware you own. A paid license activates one system at a time; replacing or migrating a system is supported. Licensing is not metered per camera in Watchtower or per sensor in Sentinel.
30-day refund, available upon license deactivation. Paid Watchtower and Sentinel purchases may be refunded in full if you request a refund within 30 days of purchase and the license is deactivated, so that the entitlement is returned to Zoneary. A refunded license does not remain active on a running system. If your licensed system is unavailable, damaged or otherwise cannot be reached, contact us and we will deactivate it on your behalf. Email info@zoneary.com with your order details. Watchtower Community is free, so no purchase or refund applies to it.
Promotional pricing. Launch and early adopter prices apply to purchases made during the period stated alongside them. When that period ends, the regular price applies to new purchases; a license already bought at a promotional price is unaffected.
Founder Edition. The Watchtower Founder Edition is the first 500 paid Watchtower licenses. It is a permanent designation on the license and is separate from the launch price. It does not by itself carry any additional entitlement beyond the edition described on the Watchtower page.
Trademarks & content
Zoneary, Watchtower, PulseGrid and Sentinel names, logos and screenshots are the property of Zoneary. Third-party names (such as Home Assistant and Konnected) belong to their respective owners and are referenced for compatibility information only.
