Responsible disclosure
Please report security issues responsibly by emailing info@zoneary.com with as much detail as possible, before disclosing them publicly. We'll acknowledge your report and work with you on a fix. A dedicated security mailbox will follow as products ship.
What helps us
- A clear description of the issue and where you found it.
- Steps to reproduce, and the impact you believe it has.
- The product, version, and environment where you observed it.
Please avoid
- Accessing or modifying data that isn't yours.
- Testing against systems or deployments you don't own or control.
- Publicly disclosing details before we've had a chance to respond.
Our approach
Zoneary products are local-first by design — they run on your own hardware and keep operational data under your control. We treat honesty about system state as a security feature: when something is unknown, we say so rather than showing a comforting green.
