Privacy notice.
This is a pre-launch privacy notice for the Zoneary website. A full, finalized privacy policy will be published before any product is sold. It will be updated as our products and infrastructure are finalized.
What this website collects
The Zoneary marketing website is a static site with one exception: the contact form, which posts to a Zoneary endpoint on this domain. Nothing here runs analytics or advertising trackers, sets cookies, or asks you to create an account.
Third-party requests
Web fonts and site scripts are served from this domain, so loading a page does not send a request to any third-party host.
Two exceptions are worth naming. The Sentinel development demo stores its own display settings in your browser's local storage, on your device. It can also show live weather — but only if you choose to enter your own weather-provider API key, in which case your browser contacts that provider directly. Neither is enabled by default.
Information you send us
If you email us or submit the contact form, we receive the details you choose to send — such as your name, email address, organization, and product interest — so we can reply and keep you informed. We use it only for that purpose and do not sell it.
A form submission becomes an email to our own mailbox; this website keeps no database of submissions. That email also records the time, the IP address the submission came from, and your browser's user-agent string, which is what lets us recognise and block automated abuse of a public form. Short-lived counters used for rate limiting are stored on the server and expire on their own.
Our local-first commitment
Zoneary products are designed to run on your own hardware and network. Operational data — video, telemetry, and security-system state — is intended to stay under your control, without mandatory cloud dependency. Product-specific data practices will be documented with each product at launch.
